Louie Moore has been a Production Manager with SERVPRO since February of 2009 and holds IICRC/CLEANTRUST certifications in: Water Damage Restoration, Fire Restoration, Smoke Odor Control, and Applied Structural Drying.
Louie is also certified in Lead abatement, and is well-versed in the area of mold cleanup, and Applied Thermal Imaging.
Louie is a life-long resident of Kanawha County and is very active in his local community serving as a coach of various baseball and basketball teams. He is an avid fisherman and loves spending time with his family.
Mr. Moore is a proud alumnus of West Virginia University where he holds a Bachelors degree in Athletic Coaching/ Physical Education with a minor in Communications.
Stephen Has 20 + years of experience in the construction industry with over 15 of those in the restoration Field. Stephen holds IICRC certifications in Applied structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration And Commercial Drying. He also holds an OSHA certificate as well as certificates in IAQA Indoor environmental, Applied Thermography, Lead-based paint renovation, Insurance Subrogation as well as a West Virginia Contactors License. Stephen is a graduate of WV State University.
Tim McDaniel is our Commercial Restoration Consultant, with 17 years experience with SERVPRO. Tim was crew chief from 92-97 and returned in 2004 as Production Manager until 2011 when he moved to marketing. Tim holds IICRC certification in Fire Damage Restoration, Smoke Odor Control, Water Damage Restoration, and Applied Structural Drying. Along with the IICRC certifications, he has his Lead Paint Renovation, Repair and Painting certification and Applied Thermography training certificate. He attended West Virginia State University studying Communications and Appalachian Bible College with a concentration in Youth Ministries. Tim, with his many years of SERVPRO knowledge, also assist on our Large loss jobs and assists in our employee training program. Tim is very active in the community with his Church, KPEPC, the United Way, Rotary, Charleston Area Alliance, and enjoys spending time with his wife and watching his boys play basketball, soccer, and lacrosse.
Leon is the SERVPRO Warehouse Manager and has been with us for 22 years, working his way through the ranks serving many years as Crew Chief/Production Manager before being promoted to his current position.
Leon is our resident Oriental rug cleaning and inspection specialist, equipment repairman, inventory controller, and lends his years of expertise to our training program.
Other than 6 years serving in the Army’s Field Artillery/Airborne Division and a couple years as a supervisor at a building materials company in the New England area, He has been a lifelong Charleston area resident.
Leon is an avid hunter, and his life revolves around his grandkids.
Sherri Arthur is the Production Assistant at SERVPRO and has one and half years of service with us. Sherri is the voice of SERVPRO of North Kanawha Valley and Teays Valley usually being the customers 1st impression of our company. She is very knowledgeable of the production side of SERVPRO and very caring and compassionate towards the ones who are calling in with a disaster in their home or business. Sherri came to us with over 30 years’ experience in the customer service field, so she knows how to treat our customers. Sherri is very active in her Church and loves spending time with her grandchildren.
John is a native of St. Albans and is our newest Production Manager. John has worked for SERVPRO of N. Kanawha and Teays Valley since 2012. John is certified through the IICRC in Fire Restoration, Oder Control, Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation along with certifications in Forensic Mitigation. John prides himself in the efficiency and quality of his work. In John’s own words, “I hate to meet you on these terms, but I will take care of you.” John is a graduate of WVU and is a dedicated family man.
Marsha functions as our Administrative Assistant and her duties include managing our accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as payroll and auditing duties.
Marsha comes to SERVPRO with an extensive background in the accounting and secretarial fields and has become a great asset to our team. Marsha is a graduate of West Virginia State University with a BS/Accounting degree, and an AS/Accounting degree from Southern WV Community College.
Marsha is originally from Logan County and is a graduate of Logan Senior High School.
Marsha’s hobbies include spending time with family and friends, crocheting and making crafts as well as fishing.
